Founded in 1915, the Denka Group is a chemicals manufacturing company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
Denka Group develops its business on a global scale in a wide range of fields, from raw materials, both inorganic and organic, to electronic materials and pharmaceuticals. Since its establishment in 1915, the Denka Group has continued to develop and produce valuable products with the combination of original ideas and technical skills. Denka in Singapore was established in 1980 and is currently the largest production and business base outside Japan.

The Denka Japan OJT Program is aimed at high potential graduates who are keen to develop their career in
the chemical industry in the areas of sales, finance and engineering. The stint involves a 2 to 3 years overseas placement where young talents will be trained at our global headquarters in Japan.
